Subject: NBA-yeni kurallar
The NBA competition committee approved 4 changes: moving the 3-point line
back to its original distance, allowing any kind of defense (including
zone) on the strong side of the court, making fore-arm checking illegal
when the offensive player is facing the basket, and disallowing timeouts
when the player with the ball is in the air over or beyond the
out-of-bounds line. For final approval, these changes must be approved by
a majority (20 votes) of the Board of Governors. The vote is expected to
take place after the finals.
